01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by okbeet through the website located at okbeet.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "the Website," or "okbeet"), you ("the User," "the Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any party accessing the Platform by any means. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modification.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on okbeet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of okbeet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from okbeet or any other gaming platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.

okbeet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okbeet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. okbeet employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all accounts associated with the same individual may be closed without notice, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR-aligned compliance requirements, okbeet conducts identity verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. You consent to providing such documentation as okbeet reasonably requires to complete KYC verification. okbeet may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification for higher-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

okbeet will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes through any channel, including live chat, email, phone, or social media. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okbeet support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okbeet immediately by contacting [email protected]. okbeet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared them with third parties.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbeet currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT. okbeet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as published on the Platform's Cashier page. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfers are typically credited within one (1) banking day. okbeet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may levy its own transfer charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements; (c) the requested amount must not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount as published on the Cashier page must be met.

okbeet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with AML obligations. Processing times for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the okbeet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. okbeet bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okbeet maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended) and related PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for deposits wherever technically possible. okbeet may delay, refuse, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

okbeet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all Promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied on qualifying games.
• Only one Promotion may be claimed per promotional period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• okbeet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of Promotions ("bonus abuse") constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria including jurisdiction, account standing, and payment method used for the qualifying deposit.

07 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the okbeet Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

Game outcomes for virtual and slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games use physical equipment in monitored studio environments. okbeet is not responsible for any malfunction of gaming software caused by factors beyond its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome, payout, or odds, okbeet reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the player's account. Decisions made by okbeet in such circumstances are final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or conduct any activity that would give an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting syndicate activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform function. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or at any stage of KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or okbeet staff through any communication channel.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbeet Platform, including but not limited to the okbeet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials (collectively, "okbeet Content"), is the exclusive property of okbeet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okbeet Content without prior written authorisation from okbeet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbeet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

okbeet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

11 Responsible Gaming

okbeet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. okbeet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a preset period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

okbeet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Suspected collusion, use of automated betting systems, or exploitation of software errors;
• Chargebacks initiated against okbeet through your payment provider;
• Player request for account closure; or
• Regulatory requirement or direction from any competent authority.

In cases of account suspension for investigation, okbeet will retain any funds in the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, okbeet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any available real-money balance (net of any bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML requirements.

13 Privacy

okbeet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at okbeet.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbeet will not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okbeet Platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution between you and okbeet through the support channel at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where circumstances require it.

15 Amendments to These Terms

okbeet reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okbeet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.
