08 Data Retention

11 Children's Privacy
The okbeet Platform is strictly prohibited from being accessed by individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years, as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. okbeet does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.
If okbeet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, such data will be deleted immediately and the account will be permanently closed. 12 International Data Transfers
Some of okbeet's third-party service providers — particularly game content providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines. 14 Changes to This Privacy Policy
